How billing works

✓ A $30 annual membership applies to all programs and renews each year while you're enrolled
✓ Tuition is charged on the first business day of each month for the following month
✓ Join mid-month and your first payment is prorated
✓ Your first payment covers your first 2 months, then billing is monthly
✓ Prices don't include tax
✓ We accept credit and debit cards saved to your account
✓ Please give 30 days' notice before withdrawing, as many classes have waitlists
✓ Missed a lesson? Make-up tokens are free and valid for a year

Is there a registration fee?

There's a $30 annual membership, which renews automatically each year while you're enrolled. If it expires, a $30 renewal fee applies.

When am I charged?

Tuition is charged on the first business day of each month for the following month.

What if we join partway through the month?

Your payment is adjusted so you only pay for the lessons remaining.

Do you offer drop-in classes or class packs?

Yes. Instead of a monthly plan, you can buy a pack of 8 or 10 class tokens and use them over the month as you need. Each token is one 30-minute class, or use 2 tokens for a 60-minute swim. The price per token depends on the level, from $29.75 per class in Markham.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't offer refunds, but our team will always work with you on any concerns.

Why do prices differ between pools?

Each location sets its own program pricing. Every pool follows the same WD Progress Program with the same small class sizes.
