Lesson Policies

Membership

An annual membership applies to all programs and renews automatically each year while you're enrolled. If your membership expires, a $30 renewal fee applies. An active membership is required to book make-up lessons.

Billing

• ✓ Tuition is charged on the first business day of each month for the following month
• ✓ Payment in advance secures your spot; unpaid spots are released to the waitlist
• ✓ Joining mid-month is prorated
• ✓ We accept credit and debit cards saved to your account

Withdrawals & refunds

Please give 30 days' notice before withdrawing, as many programs have waitlists. We don't offer refunds, but we're always happy to work with you on any concerns.

Absences & make-up lessons

• ✓ Make-ups are for illness or family emergencies, subject to availability
• ✓ Report the absence in the app at least 5 minutes before class
• ✓ You'll receive a make-up token by the end of the day, valid for one year
• ✓ Make-up schedules open 3 days in advance in the app

Visiting the pool

• ✓ Bring indoor slippers for swimmers; adult slippers are provided at the entrance
• ✓ Parents watch from the viewing area and are asked not to engage with swimmers during lessons
• ✓ Please avoid eating within an hour before class
• ✓ Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towel

Weather

We normally stay open in bad weather. If classes are cancelled, we'll let you know by email and in the app.
