See all FAQs →
What age can my toddler start swimming lessons?

Children can start at 2.5 years old in private lessons. Preschool group classes are for ages 3–4. Children aged 2.5–3 may join a group on a trial basis, depending on their comfort and readiness.

Do you offer baby swimming lessons?

Our youngest swimmers start at 2.5 years old in private lessons. We don't currently teach babies under 2.5 or run parent-and-tot classes.

Do parents get in the water?

No. Our coaches teach in the water while parents watch from the air-conditioned viewing area. To help your child focus, we ask parents not to engage with them during the lesson.

How long is each preschool lesson?

Lessons are 30 minutes, once a week, which is just right for young attention spans.

What should we bring?

A swimsuit, towel, indoor slippers and your own shampoo and body wash for the showers. Please avoid eating within an hour before class.

What comes after preschool?

Around age 5, swimmers move into our learn-to-swim classes, where they start simple freestyle and backstroke.
